Kaiser Hyattsville Medical Facility approved
Prince George’s County Planning Board unanimously approved detailed site plans for a Kaiser Permanente medical office building on Ager Road near West Hyattsville Metro Station, clearing the way for developers to apply for building permits.
The project elicited praise from Planning Board Chair Elizabeth Hewlett
“I would just say kudos to Kaiser Permanente for coming in with a facility to West Hyattsville that is so important and so needed to spur development there, and also a medical facility that is needed now more than ever,” said Hewlett, explaining her vote in favor of the project during the Planning Board’s May 21, 2020.
