Provides funding for facade improvements to business or property owners within the three targeted investment areas: the Prince George’s Plaza Transit District Overlay Zone, the West Hyattsville Transit District Overlay Zone, and the Gateway Arts & Entertainment District.

The program provides a 50% match for eligible improvements, such as lighting, signage, painting, window, doors and masonry work.

The program is administered twice a year, typically in the spring and again in the fall.
